Performance Characteristics
(1) The relationship between calcium soap and water forms essential hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create finely dispersed fibers in mineral oil exclusively when hydrated. These hydrates decompose near 100 ºC, leading to reduced consistency of calcium base grease beyond 100 ºC, thus limiting its temperature application. Optimal usage is typically below 60 ºC to prevent softening and ensure effective lubrication maintenance.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsion and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in humid environments or those exposed to water.
(3) Showcasing impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains on operational surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) With superior pumping efficiency due to its short fiber structure and reduced strength threshold, calcium base grease outperforms other soap-based greases when utilizing the same mineral oil and achieving identical consistency.
This allows for easier binding compared to sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be extensively utilized globally. It is adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in applications such as small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in metallurgy and textile industries.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
