Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease This remarkable formulation is crafted from a blend of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, culminating in the synthesis of calcium base grease.
The grease is meticulously manufactured using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to develop finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which leads to a gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this temperature. Thus, the advisable operating temperature does not exceed 60 ºC, as surpassing this may cause the grease to soften or be lost, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or those in contact with water.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy stability. This means that even after being agitated, it remains effective on surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil,
and achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite being an older variety dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent. It efficiently lubricates rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy equipment, textile machinery, and more.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
