Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this exceptional grease is thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in the robust synthesis of calcium base grease.
Our calcium base grease, with its synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, offers superior viscosity and mineral oil composition.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, allowing calcium soap to generate highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease loses consistency beyond this temperature. Consequently, it is ideally suited for applications not exceeding 60 ºC, to maintain optimal lubrication performance.
(2) Featuring remarkable water resistance, our calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts in moist or water-exposed environments.
(3) Exhibiting excellent shear stability and thixotropic properties, this grease remains on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Designed with short fibers and a low strength limit, our calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance, facilitating efficient application.
When crafted to the same consistency using identical mineral oils, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than its sodium or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally preferred choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
