This reliable and efficient grease is made using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, achieving effective lubrication. However, calcium soap hydrates break down at around 100 ºC, leading to a loss in grease consistency. This limits the temperature range, generally not exceeding 60 ºC. Surpassing this will soften the grease, risking lubrication reliability.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or those in direct contact with water.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates excellent pumping performance. When using identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease is more cohesive than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular lubricant. It is widely used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in applications involving medium speed and load, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in metallurgy and textiles.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
