Calcium Base Grease Derived from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, and meticulously synthesized to perfection.
Crafted with precision, this grease is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior quality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unique in its composition, calcium soap forms hydrates with water, enabling highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates break down at roughly 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature threshold. As such, the effective temperature range is capped at 60 ºC. Surpassing this, the grease may soften or even degrade, compromising its lubrication potential.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, this calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even when exposed to water. It is an ideal choice for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or areas with frequent water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease retains its position on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect and preventing dispersion.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to the short fiber and low strength limit. This makes calcium-based grease easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.
Its ease of binding enhances application, making it a highly effective lubricant choice.
Despite being one of the older lubricant varieties from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains extensively used globally. It is perfectly suited for lubricating medium-speed and medium-load rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and diverse machinery including those in the metallurgy and textile industries.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
