Calcium base grease This remarkable grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, and synthesized into the versatile calcium base grease.
Ingeniously formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil and enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this composition offers superior performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) Uniquely, calcium soap, when combined with water, creates hydrates, enabling it to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at about 100 ºC, causing the consistency of the grease to gradually diminish above this temperature, typically limiting its effective temperature range to not more than 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature threshold may result in the grease softening or even complete loss, thus compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in the presence of water, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts operating in damp environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Demonstrating impressive shearing stability and thixotropy, this grease retains its position on surfaces even after agitation, maintaining a sealing effect without dislodging.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease showcases exceptional pumping performance. This feature, when combined with the same mineral oil and
consistency, allows it to bind more easily compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based types.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a globally favored lubricant. It is effectively used for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load, across various applications including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
