Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease Our innovative calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity. It is ingeniously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, showcasing a synthesis of advanced technology and quality materials.
Leveraging synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, this variety of grease is meticulously produced from mineral lubricating oil, ensuring a medium viscosity that meets your high-performance needs.
Performance Characteristics

(1) Due to the unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, only in its hydrated form does calcium soap develop into highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease gradually loses consistency beyond this temperature, restricting its operational range. Typically, it performs optimally up to 60 ºC. Once this threshold is crossed, the grease tends to soften or even dissipate, compromising lubrication.

(2) Known for its robust water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal lubricant for mechanical parts operating in moist environments or in direct contact with water.

(3) With excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, the grease maintains its presence on working surfaces even after agitation. This characteristic ensures a sealing effect without any risk of being thrown out, thus preserving its efficacy.

(4) Exhibiting impressive pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease outperforms its counterparts. When matching the same mineral oil and consistency, calcium base grease binds more effectively compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based varieties.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
