Crafted with precision, this grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by the finest synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) Unveiling advanced hydration chemistry: Calcium soap and water ingeniously unite to form hydrates, enabling calcium soap to craft highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. When heated, these hydrates gracefully hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, explaining the gradual consistency loss of calcium base grease beyond this temperature. This limits the temperature range, generally up to 60 ºC. Surpassing this range may lead to the grease softening or even losing its efficacy, jeopardizing lubrication.
(2) Unmatched water resilience: Calcium base grease showcases remarkable water resistance, resisting emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It's the ideal lubricant for various mechanical parts operating in moist environments or in water contact, ensuring enduring performance.
(3) Superior stability and thixotropy: Remarkably shear-stable, calcium base grease retains its form even when stirred and subsequently left idle. It adheres steadfastly to action surfaces, creating an effective sealing effect, and prevents any throw-off, ensuring reliable lubrication.
(4) Exceptional pumpability: Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, this grease demonstrates excellent pumping performance. When paired with the same mineral oil and
consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effortlessly than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
