Calcium Base Grease. Crafted meticulously from medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, this exceptional grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease is done with precision.
Developed with a blend of medium-viscosity mineral lubricating oil, the grease is enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics.
(1) In an innovative fusion, calcium soap forms hydrates with water, allowing it to develop finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates tend to hydrolyze near 100 ºC, explaining the gradual loss of grease consistency beyond this temperature. Consequently, the effective operating temperature for calcium base grease is generally up to 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold causes softening or loss, compromising lubrication.
(2) Featuring outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or those in direct water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains firmly on the action surface even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without splattering.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and minimal strength limit, calcium base grease boasts excellent pumping performance. When compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based, its consistency pairs seamlessly with the same mineral oil.
This ease of binding distinguishes it from other varieties, making it a preferred choice.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
