Calcium Base Grease Crafted meticulously using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this superior calcium base grease is enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap, which is meticulously synthesized for peak performance.
This exceptional product is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure durability and reliability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, it forms hydrates that enable calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, at a temperature of around 100 ºC, these hydrates start to hydrolyze, causing the grease to soften and potentially compromising lubrication above 60 ºC. Therefore, its effective temperature range is capped at 60 ºC to maintain its consistency and performance.
(2) The calcium base grease exhibits exceptional water resistance, preventing emulsification and deterioration even in water-rich environments. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts that are exposed to wet conditions or direct contact with water, ensuring long-lasting protection and efficiency.
(3) This grease boasts remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability, allowing it to adhere effectively to moving surfaces. Even after agitation, it maintains its position, providing a reliable sealing effect and preventing any material from being thrown out.
(4) With outstanding pumping performance, thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, the calcium base grease offers ease of application. It binds more readily than other soap-based greases, such as those based on sodium or aluminum.
Its consistency and binding properties make it a preferred choice over other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based options.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
