Introduction:
Calcium base grease is ingeniously crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity that is expertly thickened by naturally sourced fatty acid calcium soap. This calcium base grease is meticulously synthesized to meet high-quality standards.
It is innovatively formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by the thickening power of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, providing consistent performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique blend of calcium soap and water forms hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, only when in hydrate form. The hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, explaining why the grease gradually loses consistency beyond this temperature. Thus, the calcium base grease is best suited for temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC, beyond which it may soften, compromising lubrication quality.
(2) This grease boasts excellent water resistance, demonstrating resilience against emulsification or deterioration when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or in contact with water.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability. Even after agitation, it retains its position on the action surface, providing an effective sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based variants, it binds more easily when using the same mineral oil and consistency.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
