Calcium Base Grease Calcium base grease is expertly crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity. This carefully formulated product is thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to a highly effective synthetic blend.

Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil by creating hydrates with water. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which causes the calcium base grease to lose its consistency beyond this temperature, limiting its operating range. Typically, the optimal temperature is no more than 60 ºC. If exceeded, the grease becomes soft or even dissipates, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, even when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Notable for its superior shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains on the surface during agitation and when at rest, ensuring a sealing effect without dispersion.
(4) Its superior pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When formulated to the same consistency with identical mineral oil,
calcium-based grease integrates more seamlessly compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
Although initially developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a popular choice globally. It is perfectly suited for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load in various applications, including small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
