Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium base grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease provides enhanced lubrication performance.
This formulation is enriched with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance in demanding conditions.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The interaction of calcium soap and water results in the formation of hydrates, allowing calcium soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Calcium soap hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, explaining the gradual consistency loss of calcium base grease above this temperature, thus limiting its working range. Generally, it performs optimally at temperatures below 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold can lead to softening or degrading of the grease, jeopardizing lubrication efficacy.

(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. This makes it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in wet environments or those in contact with water, ensuring consistent performance.

(3) Exhibiting outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its presence on action surfaces even after agitation, providing persistent sealing without splattering, a testament to its reliability.

(4) With remarkable pumping performance, attributed to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease ensures seamless application. It binds with ease compared to other soap-based greases (like sodium-based or aluminum-based), even when maintaining the same consistency.
