CPCCalcined Petroleum Coke Crafted from premium-grade raw 'green' petroleum coke, our Calcined Petroleum Coke is engineered with precision in rotary kilns where it undergoes a meticulous heating process.
Heated to exacting temperatures between 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit),
this process eradicates excess moisture, eliminates residual hydrocarbons, and refines the crystalline structure. The result is a denser, more electrically conductive product. Following the intense heat treatment, the coke is rapidly cooled to under 200 degrees Celsius, ensuring it is safe for handling and transportation. The final product can be dispatched to storage silos or directly loaded onto shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ready for immediate delivery.

Founded in 2012 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, our main factory covers 230 mu in Quzhou County's Economic Development Zone, Handan City, Hebei Province. Positioned at the nexus of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, we are conveniently close to the Qinglan and Daguang Highways. With a total project investment of 1 billion yuan, our facility is designed to produce 700,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke annually and generate 1 million tons of steam per year from waste heat. In 2018, the first phase was completed, featuring six 60-tank calciners producing 350,000 tons of high-quality calcined petroleum coke, 500,000 tons of steam, and 100 million kWh of electricity annually.
