Introduction:
Calcium base grease This exceptional lubricant is crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a refined synthesis of calcium base grease.
Composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is adeptly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique combination of calcium soap and water enables the formation of hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrates tend to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decline in the grease's consistency above this temperature, confining its operational temperature range. Ideally, it performs best at temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this limit, the grease may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components in damp conditions or in environments with water contact.
(3) Exhibiting robust shearing stability and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on the operational surface, effectively sealing and preventing displacement even after agitation or rest.
(4) Boasting superior pumping performance due to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease is easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Achieving consistent viscosity with the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease proves easier to manage than its sodium-based or aluminum-based counterparts.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored lubricant today. It continues to serve effectively in lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under moderate speed and load, across a range of machinery including motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile equipment.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
