Calcium Base Grease Crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, calcium base grease is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis process ensures high-quality consistency and durability.
This unique grease is formed using mineral lubricating oil, thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to deliver reliable performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovation of calcium soap and water hydrates is key, as they enable the formation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100ºC, which gradually reduces the grease's consistency. Thus, the operating temperature range is generally kept below 60ºC to maintain optimal lubrication.
(2) One of the standout features of calcium base grease is its exceptional water resistance. It remains stable without emulsifying or degrading, even in wet environments or during direct water contact, making it ideal for various mechanical components.
(3) Boasting remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease ensures consistent coverage on moving surfaces, creating an excellent sealing effect without the risk of being flung off.
(4) Its short fiber structure and low strength limit afford calcium base grease excellent pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease offers superior binding ability compared to other soap-based variants like sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Although it originated in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains popular worldwide. It's perfect for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads, applicable in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
