Introduction:
Calcium base grease is a meticulously crafted lubricant originating from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, ingeniously thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a uniquely synthesized calcium base grease.
This exceptional grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to deliver outstanding performance.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique property of calcium soap to form hydrates with water allows it to develop highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, causing the calcium base grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature, restricting its use to environments below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature makes the grease softer or even ineffective, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in damp conditions or those in contact with water.
(3) The grease showcases impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, ensuring that even after agitation, it maintains its presence on the surfaces, providing an effective seal without dislodging.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based ones, it binds more efficiently when using equivalent mineral oil and consistency.
Its historical roots dating back to the 1930s have not diminished its global appeal. Calcium-based grease remains a prevalent choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in various applications, including medium-speed and load motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
