Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, when combined with water, forms hydrates. These hydrates enable the calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease starts losing consistency beyond this temperature. This phenomenon restricts the temperature range, typically limiting it to no more than 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature causes the grease to soften or even dissolve, compromising lubrication efficiency.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. It's ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in contact with water.
(3) Renowned for its shearing stability and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its position on moving surfaces even after agitation, offering a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Featuring outstanding pumping performance due to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease is easier to blend than other soap-based greases like sodium-based or aluminum-based types.
With the same mineral oil and consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively than its counterparts, ensuring superior performance.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
