Calcium Base Grease This premium calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil boasting medium viscosity. It is expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in superior synthesis.
Our product is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. This process limits the grease's temperature resilience, as hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual reduction in consistency beyond this temperature. The recommended operational temperature is below 60 ºC; surpassing this can soften or break down the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, our calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even in moist conditions. It excels in lubricating mechanical components exposed to wet environments or water contact.
(3) Exhibiting outstanding shear and thixotropic stability, this grease retains its position on operational surfaces after agitation, ensuring sealing without splattering, delivering dependable performance.
(4) Its impressive pumping efficiency stems from short fiber structure and low strength limit, making it easier to apply compared to sodium or aluminum-based alternatives when using similar mineral oils.
This differentiation enhances its binding capability, demonstrating superiority over other soap-based greases in maintaining consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
