Calcium Base Grease This remarkable grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, artfully thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The calcium base grease is intricately synthesized to ensure optimal performance.
It is meticulously formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior reliability and functionality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The innovative formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water is key, as only in the hydrate form can calcium soap develop highly dispersed fibers in the mineral oil. However, at elevated temperatures around 100 ºC, hydrate hydrolysis occurs, causing a gradual loss of consistency and limiting the calcium base grease's temperature range. Generally, maintaining temperatures below 60 ºC is advisable to prevent softening or loss, guaranteeing steadfast lubrication.
(2) Known for its exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease does not emulsify or deteriorate easily, making it ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet conditions or water contact scenarios.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease adeptly maintains its presence on operational surfaces, even after agitation, delivering a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The grease's short fiber and low strength limit provide impressive pumping performance. Its composition allows for easier binding when compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
By achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease exemplifies superior bonding capabilities, surpassing other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum-based types.
Despite being an established type since the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains one of the most extensively utilized varieties globally. It is perfect for lubricating medium-speed and load rolling and sliding bearings found in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
