Performance characteristics
(1) Due to the interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed. These hydrates allow calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, they hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency in calcium base grease at higher temperatures, typically limiting its effective range to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may cause the grease to soften or fail, compromising lubrication.
(2) This calcium base grease boasts excellent water resistance, remaining stable without emulsifying or deteriorating even when exposed to water. It's perfect for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or those in contact with water, ensuring reliable performance.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic qualities, this grease maintains its presence on active surfaces after agitation, offering a sealing effect without dispersing, thereby ensuring consistent lubrication.
(4) Thanks to its unique short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease demonstrates exceptional pumping performance. When using the same mineral oil and
producing a similar consistency, it proves easier to bind than other types of soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite being an enduring variety since the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be widely used globally. It is ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
