Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Crafted with precision, this calcium base grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. A synthesis of advanced materials,
this grease is also enhanced with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Ingeniously designed, the calcium soap within forms hydrates with water, achieving a highly dispersed fibrous structure in mineral oil when in hydrate form. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency as temperatures soar beyond 100 ºC. This phenomenon constrains the operational temperature range of calcium base grease, typically capping at 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature risks the grease becoming unexpectedly soft or even dissipating, compromising lubrication efficacy.
(2) Remarkably resilient to water, calcium base grease maintains its integrity without emulsifying or deteriorating, even when exposed to wet environments or direct water contact. It is ideally suited for lubricating various mechanical components in moisture-prone conditions.
(3) This grease excels in shearing and thixotropy stability, ensuring it remains steadfast on active surfaces, offering a sealing advantage without dispersing during motion.
(4) Its outstanding pumping performance is attributed to its short fiber and minimal strength limit, facilitating ease of application.
When aligning for consistency, calcium-based grease binds more effectively compared to other soap-based variants, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based greases.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice, adeptly lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load. It is extensively utilized across industries, including small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
