Calcium Base Grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, elegantly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, resulting in a synthesized calcium base grease.
This refined grease is designed with a medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, thickened with cutting-edge synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction of calcium soap with water, it forms hydrates that allow calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. Upon reaching temperatures of approximately 100ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, leading to a gradual loss of grease consistency above this temperature. This phenomenon defines the operational temperature limit for calcium base grease, typically not exceeding 60ºC. Beyond this threshold, the grease softens or dissipates, compromising lubrication effectiveness.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating various mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Exhibiting remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on working surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The grease boasts impressive pumping performance, attributed to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. This facilitates easier binding compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
When maintaining similar consistency, calcium-based grease surpasses others in its ease of application.
Despite its longstanding history dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a prevalent choice globally. It serves to lubricate rolling and sliding bearings under medium speed and load conditions, applicable in small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, among others.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
