Created from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates with water to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, which maintain grease consistency up to 60 ºC. Beyond this temperature, the grease softens or loses integrity, limiting its operational range. Maintaining temperatures below 60 ºC ensures reliable lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease withstands emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet or water-exposed environments.
(3) With remarkable shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease retains its position on contact surfaces, ensuring a protective seal and preventing grease throw-off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease showcases superior pumpability. Compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based variants, it binds more readily when using similar mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
