Performance Characteristics
(1) The brilliance of calcium soap lies in its ability to form hydrates with water, enabling it to forge highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. This spectacular transformation occurs at approximately 100 ºC, where the hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze. Above this temperature, the viscosity of the grease diminishes, limiting the operational range of the calcium base grease. Generally, our product is optimized for temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC, ensuring steadfast lubrication. Exceeding this threshold may result in softening, potentially compromising the lubricating efficacy.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
