Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap hydrates form a unique synergy with water, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at about 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency beyond this point. The effective temperature range is typically capped at 60 ºC; exceeding this may cause the grease to soften or dissipate, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease defies emulsification and degradation, even in water-laden environments. This makes it ideal for lubrication of mechanical components exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) With remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its position on operational surfaces despite agitation, ensuring a reliable sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The short fiber structure and low strength threshold endow calcium base grease with superb pumping attributes. When utilizing the same mineral oil and
achieving identical consistency, it binds more effortlessly compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice today. Its capabilities extend to lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
