It is meticulously formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enriched by the innovative use of synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced lubrication.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to interact with water to form hydrates is pivotal. In this hydrated state, calcium soap can develop high dispersion fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates decompose around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium-based grease loses consistency at elevated temperatures. Typically, it performs optimally below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease softens or dissipates, potentially compromising lubrication integrity.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation when exposed to moisture. This makes it an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components in wet conditions or water exposure.
(3) Demonstrating exceptional shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on contact surfaces even after agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without splattering.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases, it binds effectively while maintaining the same consistency using identical mineral oil.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
