Calcium Base Grease Crafted meticulously from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, our calcium base grease is enriched with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis process ensures superior quality and performance.
Composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, leading to enhanced durability and consistency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap's unique ability to form hydrates allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, an essential feature. However, the hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, causing calcium base grease to lose consistency beyond this temperature, thus limiting its effective temperature range to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature threshold may soften or degrade the grease, compromising its lubrication integrity.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification even upon water contact, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its position on surfaces even post-agitation, ensuring a robust sealing effect that prevents any throw-off.
(4) The grease exhibits remarkable pumping performance owing to its short fiber structure and low strength limit. When utilizing identical mineral oil and
achieving the same consistency, calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases, including those based on sodium or aluminum.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains globally prevalent today. It's adept at lubricating rolling and sliding bearings operating at medium speeds and loads, suitable for applications in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
