Calcium Base Grease This remarkable calcium base grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil, characterized by a medium viscosity. It is expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to a synthesis that ensures optimal performance under stringent conditions.
Manufactured from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, it is precisely thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique properties of calcium soap forming hydrates with water, only in hydrate form can calcium soap create highly dispersed fibers within the mineral oil. Around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the calcium base grease to gradually lose consistency, thus limiting its effective temperature range. Typically, usage should not exceed 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or even be lost, risking lubrication integrity.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or those in regular contact with water.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease continues to adhere to surfaces even after agitation, creating a sealing effect and preventing throw-off.
(4) Possessing outstanding pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium base grease is easier to bind compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
When maintaining the same consistency with identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease offers superior binding capabilities over other soap-based varieties.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a popular and extensively used lubricant worldwide. It effectively lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
