Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease Meticulously crafted using mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, the calcium base grease is expertly synthesized.
This high-performing compound is formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap, renowned for forming hydrates with water, relies on these hydrates to create well-dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, upon reaching approximately 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, leading to a gradual loss of consistency when the temperature surpasses 100 ºC. Thus, calcium base grease is typically recommended for use within temperatures not exceeding 60 ºC. Beyond this threshold, it may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) Featuring excellent water resistance, calcium base grease avoids emulsification and degradation, even in water-rich environments. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts exposed to wet conditions or water contact.
(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease can maintain its position on surfaces during use, offering a sealing effect without flinging off, even after mechanical agitation followed by stillness.
(4) Boasting excellent pumping performance due to its short fiber and low strength limit, calcium-based grease demonstrates ease in binding when formulated to the same consistency as other soap-based greases.
This makes it more readily binding compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred variety. It serves as a reliable lubricant for rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications, particularly in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and in industries such as metallurgy and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
