Formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, it is expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water, calcium soap creates highly dispersed fibers only in its hydrated form within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency above this temperature. Typically, the operational temperature should not exceed 60 ºC as the grease may become too soft, compromising lubrication.
(2) This grease is renowned for its excellent water resistance, maintaining stability without emulsifying even when exposed to water. Ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or where contact with water is inevitable.
(3) Boasting remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, this grease reliably remains on contact surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective sealing effect without displacement.
(4) The short fiber and low strength limit of calcium base grease result in superior pumping performance. When prepared with similar mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, it binds more easily than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be a popular choice worldwide, providing reliable lubrication for rolling and sliding bearings at moderate speeds and loads in equipment such as small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
