Calcium Base Grease This innovative grease is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, which is expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. Additionally, calcium base grease is synthesized to provide enhanced performance.
It utilizes mineral lubricating oil featuring a medium viscosity, which is thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure superior performance and reliability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) A unique aspect of our calcium soap is its ability to form hydrates with water, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates decompose at around 100 ºC, explaining the gradual reduction in consistency of calcium base grease above this temperature. Consequently, the operational temperature range is generally limited to 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold can cause the grease to soften or even disintegrate, impairing its lubrication capabilities.
(2) This calcium base grease boasts exceptional water resistance, ensuring it remains stable and does not emulsify or degrade upon water exposure. As a result, it is ideal for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet environments or those frequently coming into contact with water.
(3) The grease is renowned for its outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, ensuring the grease adheres firmly to operational surfaces even after agitation, maintaining a sealing effect without dispersion.
(4) With its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers excellent pumping performance. This makes it more readily mixable compared to other soap-based greases, like sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
When formulating the same consistency, this calcium-based grease is notably easier to blend and manage than other soap-based alternatives.
Despite being developed in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally preferred choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed and load applications across small and medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
