Calcium Base Grease This premium grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, expertly thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. Our calcium base grease is synthesized to provide the ultimate performance.
Formulated with mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, this grease is fortified with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, enhancing its reliability and effectiveness.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unmatched Hydrate Formation: The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms robust hydrates, enabling the creation of highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease loses its consistency above this temperature. Generally limited to a maximum of 60 ºC, calcium-based grease may soften or degrade when temperatures exceed this range, potentially compromising lubrication.
(2) Exceptional Water Resistance: Renowned for its superior water resistance, calcium base grease demonstrates outstanding stability against emulsification and degradation when exposed to moisture. Ideal for lubricating various mechanical components, even in damp conditions or when in contact with water.
(3) Impressive Shearing and Thixotropy Stability: Boasting remarkable shearing and thixotropy stability, this grease maintains its position on operational surfaces even after agitation, delivering a reliable sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) Superior Pumping Performance: Thanks to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits excellent pumping performance. When achieving identical consistency, it binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
