Product Description

Introduction:

Calcium Base Grease This exceptional calcium base grease is meticulously crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, skillfully thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap, and synthesized to perfection.
It boasts a composition of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior performance.
Performance Characteristics

(1) The calcium soap's unique ability to form hydrates with water allows it to create highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil, crucial for its effectiveness. However, these hydrates hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, resulting in a gradual loss of consistency beyond this temperature. This phenomenon restricts the operational range of calcium base grease, typically not exceeding 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature can cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.

(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease remains stable without emulsifying, even when exposed to water. It is an ideal choice for lubricating various mechanical components in humid or water-exposed environments.

(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropic properties, calcium base grease maintains its presence on contact surfaces, providing a sealing effect without being displaced, even after agitation.

(4) Its short fiber and low strength limit endow calcium base grease with exceptional pumping performance. When prepared to similar consistency with identical mineral oil,

this grease binds more efficiently than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based options.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a prominent choice globally. Ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small and medium-sized machinery like motors, water pumps, tractors, vehicles, and industrial equipment, it supports medium speed and load applications in metallurgy, textiles, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.

3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.

4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.

5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
