It is composed of mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, skillfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring superior functionality.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction of calcium soap with water results in hydrates, crucial for forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates of calcium soap hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which is why the grease loses its consistency above this temperature. Therefore, the effective operating temperature generally remains below 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may lead to softening or loss of grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Exhibiting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease doesn't easily emulsify or deteriorate when in contact with water. It serves as an ideal lubricant for various mechanical parts operating in humid environments or water-prone conditions.
(3) With outstanding shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease maintains its position on action surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective sealing effect without dislodging.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts impressive pumping performance. Compared to other soap-based greases, it binds more efficiently under identical mineral oil and consistency conditions.
This characteristic makes calcium-based grease a superior choice over sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease continues to be widely utilized globally. It's ideal for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in medium-speed, medium-load applications found in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
