Calcium Base Grease Our Calcium Base Grease is meticulously crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap, culminating in a sophisticated synthesis of calcium base grease.
This exceptional grease is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity and is thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap for enhanced performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique interaction between calcium soap and water forms hydrates, which allow calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. These hydrates begin to break down at approximately 100 ºC, which, in turn, affects the grease's consistency beyond this temperature, ideally maintaining its efficacy below 60 ºC. Exceeding this temperature may result in the grease becoming soft or losing its consistency, thereby compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or areas with water contact.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing stability and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease remains steadfast on active surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective seal without splattering.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease exhibits superior pumping performance, offering easier application compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
When matched for consistency with the same mineral oil, calcium-based grease offers a more manageable binding process than other greases.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally prevalent choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings under moderate speed and load conditions. It finds applications in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, and more.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
