Our calcium base grease is meticulously manufactured from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to provide a reliable and consistent lubrication experience.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction of calcium soap with water leads to the formation of hydrates, allowing calcium soap to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100ºC, causing the grease to lose stability beyond this threshold. Typically, its effective temperature range does not exceed 60ºC, as surpassing this can result in a softened state or even a complete breakdown of the grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) With exceptional water resistance, our calcium base grease excels in environments where water contact is frequent. It remains stable without emulsification or degradation, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist or aqueous settings.
(3) Featuring impressive shearing and thixotropy stability, calcium base grease retains its position on action surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a robust sealing effect and preventing any unwanted expulsion from application points.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and minimal strength limit, our calcium base grease demonstrates remarkable pumping performance. When compared to sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives, it offers enhanced binding efficiency when maintaining similar mineral oil consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
