Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil with a medium viscosity, thickened by natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of this calcium base grease
involves mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The interaction between calcium soap and water results in hydrates, which allows calcium soap to form highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil only through hydration. These hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, explaining the loss of consistency in calcium base grease above this temperature, restricting its usage range to temperatures below 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold leads to softening or loss of grease, compromising lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease does not easily emulsify or deteriorate upon water exposure. It’s an ideal choice for lubrication in wet environments or areas with water presence.
(3) This grease exhibits exceptional shearing and thixotropic stability, maintaining its presence on surfaces even after agitation, thereby providing a sealing effect without being displaced.
(4) Its remarkable pumping performance is attributed to short fiber and low strength limit. When formulated with the same mineral oil and
achieving consistent consistency, calcium-based grease offers superior binding capability compared to other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based varieties.
Despite originating from the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a widely favored lubricant globally. Its application spans rolling and sliding bearings with medium speed and load, ideal for motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, textile machinery, among others.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
