It boasts a superior blend of medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Due to the unique interaction between calcium soap and water, hydrates are formed, essential for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, leading to a gradual loss of consistency above this temperature, restricting the grease's operational range to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this limit causes the grease to become soft or entirely ineffective, compromising lubrication.
(2) With remarkable water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or those directly in contact with water.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits excellent shearing and thixotropy stability. It maintains its position on surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength threshold, calcium base grease excels in pumping performance. It binds more effectively than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based variants, when used with identical mineral oils and consistencies.

2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
