This premium grease is ingeniously produced from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, enhanced by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring top-notch performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique formation of hydrates between calcium soap and water enables the creation of highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates hydrolyze around 100 ºC, which is why calcium base grease tends to soften and lose its consistency above this temperature, limiting its effective temperature range to around 60 ºC. When the temperature exceeds this threshold, the grease may become too soft, thus compromising effective lubrication.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, our calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even in the presence of water. This makes it ideal for lubricating a wide array of mechanical parts operating in wet environments or coming into contact with water.
(3) Featuring remarkable shearing stability and thixotropic stability, our calcium base grease maintains its presence on surfaces despite agitation, providing a reliable sealing effect without being thrown off.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber and low strength limit, our calcium base grease exhibits superior pumping performance. When combined with the same mineral oil and achieving the same consistency, it offers easier binding compared to other soap-based greases such as sodium or aluminum-based varieties.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
