CPCCalcined Petroleum Coke Crafted through a meticulous process, our superior quality calcined petroleum coke begins its journey as raw 'green' petroleum coke, which undergoes a transformative procedure in rotary kilns.
Exposed to intense heat ranging from 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192 to 2460 degrees Fahrenheit), the petroleum coke
is subjected to such extreme conditions to eliminate excess moisture, purge remaining hydrocarbons, and reconfigure its crystalline structure. This results in a product that is significantly denser and exhibits enhanced electrical conductivity. Within mere hours, the calcined coke is safely cooled from a scorching 1350 degrees Celsius down to below 200 degrees Celsius, ready for secure handling and transportation. It is then stored in silos or directly placed into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels, ensuring seamless delivery to our clients.

As a professional, large-scale enterprise, we specialize in the production of calcined petroleum coke, grade petroleum coke, and grease. Our expertise spans across research and development as well as production, making us a comprehensive petrochemical company.

Our main factory, established in 2012 with a registered capital of 10 million yuan, covers an area of 230 mu and is situated in the Economic Development Zone of Quzhou County, Handan City, Hebei Province. The location is near the borders of Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, close to the Qinglan and Daguang Highways. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, our facility is designed to produce 700,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke annually and to utilize the waste heat for generating 1 million tons of steam per year. In 2018, we completed and operationalized the first phase of our project, featuring six 60-tank calciners, which collectively yield an annual output of 350,000 tons of high-quality calcined petroleum coke, 500,000 tons of steam, and 100 million kWh of power.
