This remarkable grease is produced using medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The magic of calcium soap lies in its hydration. When hydrated, calcium soap forms finely dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at temperatures around 100 ºC, causing the grease to lose its consistency above this threshold. To ensure optimal lubrication, maintain temperatures below 60 ºC, beyond which the grease may soften and fail.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease effortlessly withstands emulsification or deterioration in moist environments. It's ideal for lubricating machinery operating in wet conditions or in contact with water.
(3) With superior shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast. Even after agitation, it clings to surfaces, providing exceptional sealing without splattering.
(4) Its remarkable pumping performance is attributed to short fiber structure and low strength limit, making it easier to handle than other soap-based greases.
When matched for consistency, calcium-based grease binds more readily than sodium or aluminum-based alternatives.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease is still globally prevalent. It lubricates rolling and sliding bearings in various equipment like small and medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and machinery in industries like metallurgy and textiles.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
