This premium grease is formulated with medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring robust and reliable lubrication.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Unveiling unique properties, calcium soap hydrates with water to form highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze at approximately 100 ºC, leading to a gradual decrease in consistency beyond this temperature. The operational limit is thus set at 60 ºC for maintaining optimal lubrication without the risk of softening or loss.
(2) With outstanding water resistance, calcium base grease ensures stability without emulsification or degradation upon water exposure, making it ideal for lubricating parts in wet conditions or direct water contact.
(3) The grease showcases excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, maintaining its presence on action surfaces after agitation, enhancing its sealing capabilities while preventing throw-offs.
(4) Benefiting from short fiber and low strength attributes, our calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. It binds more readily than sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives, even with identical mineral oil and consistency.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
