Calcium base grease is crafted from medium viscosity mineral lubricating oil, meticulously thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap, creating a synthesized calcium base grease.
This exceptional product is formulated from mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, expertly thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Performance characteristics
(1) The unique ability of calcium soap to form hydrates with water is what allows it to create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil. However, the hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze around 100 ºC. This thermal limit restricts the effective operational range of calcium base grease. Typically, its optimal performance is maintained below 60 ºC, beyond which it may soften, compromising lubrication integrity.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and degradation, even in wet environments. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components exposed to water or moisture.
(3) Calcium base grease boasts impressive shear and thixotropy stability. It remains on active surfaces without displacement, ensuring a sealant effect and sustained protection after agitation.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers superior pumping performance. When utilizing the same mineral oil, it provides a more cohesive consistency than other soap-based greases, such as sodium-based or aluminum-based.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
