CPCCalcined Petroleum Coke Our Low Volatile Calcined Coke is meticulously engineered by placing premium raw 'green' petroleum coke into state-of-the-art rotary kilns, where it undergoes a transformative heating process.
The material is subjected to intense temperatures ranging between 1200 to 1350 degrees Celsius (2192
to 2460 Fahrenheit), effectively eliminating excess moisture, vaporizing residual hydrocarbons, and modifying the crystalline structure to enhance density and electrical conductivity. Within hours, the calcined petroleum coke is cooled from a blistering 1350 degrees Celsius to a manageable 200 degrees Celsius, enabling safe handling and efficient transportation to storage facilities or directly into shipping containers, trucks, railcars, barges, or vessels.

Established in 2012, our main factory boasts a registered capital of 10 million yuan and spans 230 mu within the Quzhou County Economic Development Zone, Handan City, Hebei Province. Ideally situated at the confluence of the Shanxi, Hebei, Shandong, and Henan provinces, and adjacent to the Qinglan and Daguang Highways, the project, with a total investment of 1 billion yuan, is designed to produce 700,000 tons of calcined petroleum coke annually, while utilizing waste heat to generate 1 million tons of steam per year. The first phase, completed in 2018, features six 60-tank calciners, producing 350,000 tons of high-quality calcined petroleum coke, 500,000 tons of steam, and generating 100 million kWh of electricity annually.
