This innovative grease is composed of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring enhanced durability.
Performance Characteristics
(1) As calcium soap hydrates form with water, they create highly dispersed fibers within mineral oil, establishing a firm consistency. However, at around 100 ºC, these hydrates begin to hydrolyze, leading the calcium base grease to lose its stability beyond this temperature threshold, generally recommended for use below 60 ºC. Exceeding this can cause the grease to soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) The grease boasts exceptional water resistance, making it resistant to emulsification and deterioration when exposed to wet conditions. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical components in moist environments or where water contact is prevalent.
(3) It maintains outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, ensuring the grease adheres to operational surfaces without being displaced, offering a seamless sealing effect even after agitation.
(4) The grease excels in pumping performance, attributed to its short fiber and low strength limit, allowing it to bind more readily than sodium-based or aluminum-based alternatives.
When formulated with identical mineral oils and consistency, calcium-based grease stands out by binding more efficiently compared to other soap-based greases.
Despite its origins dating back to the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally favored choice, offering reliable lubrication for rolling and sliding bearings in various applications such as medium-speed motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
