Our unique composition involves the use of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, artfully thickened by synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to deliver superior performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The fascinating interplay between calcium soap and water leads to the formation of hydrates, which are essential for forming highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, these hydrates of calcium soap begin to hydrolyze at around 100 ºC. This is why calcium base grease gradually loses its consistency above this temperature, limiting its effectiveness to below 60 ºC. Exceeding this threshold may cause the grease to soften or be lost, compromising lubrication.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water. It is the ideal solution for lubricating various mechanical components operating in wet or aquatic environments.
(3) With impressive shearing stability and thixotropy, calcium base grease remains steadfast on action surfaces even after agitation, providing an effective sealing effect without displacement.
(4) Distinguished by its excellent pumping performance, attributed to short fibers and low strength limits, this grease ensures seamless application. When paired with the same mineral oil and
achieving similar consistency, calcium-based grease demonstrates superior binding capabilities compared to other soap-based greases like sodium or aluminum variants.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
