Introduction:
Calcium base grease is a sophisticated blend created from mineral lubricating oil possessing medium viscosity, expertly thickened with natural fatty acid calcium soap. This synthesis results in the exceptional calcium base grease.
This remarkable product is crafted using mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, skillfully thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap to ensure optimal performance.
Performance Characteristics
(1) The unique properties of calcium soap enable it to form hydrates with water, allowing the soap to develop highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil only in this form. However, at approximately 100 ºC, the hydrates begin to hydrolyze, causing the calcium base grease to lose its consistency. This limits the optimal temperature range to a maximum of 60 ºC. Surpassing this temperature can result in the grease becoming soft or even losing its lubricating capabilities.
(2) Renowned for its excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration even when exposed to water. It is ideal for lubricating mechanical parts operating in wet environments or in direct contact with water.
(3) Calcium base grease exhibits remarkable shearing stability and thixotropy stability. Even after being agitated, it remains steadfast on the action surface, creating an effective seal without dispersing.
(4) Thanks to its short fiber structure and low strength limit, calcium base grease boasts superior pumping performance. When maintaining consistency using the same mineral oil,
it outperforms other soap-based greases (such as sodium- or aluminum-based) in terms of binding efficiency.
Despite originating in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium-sized motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, and various machinery across industries like metallurgy and textiles.

We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
