Introduction:
Calcium Base Grease is crafted from mineral lubricating oil of medium viscosity, meticulously thickened using natural fatty acid calcium soap. The synthesis of calcium base grease ensures superior performance.
Comprised of mineral lubricating oil with medium viscosity, this grease is expertly thickened with synthetic fatty acid calcium soap, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
Performance Characteristics
(1) Calcium soap forms hydrates with water, crucial for creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. However, at around 100 ºC, these hydrates hydrolyze, causing the grease to lose consistency above this temperature, restricting its effective temperature range to no more than 60 ºC. Beyond this, the grease may soften or degrade, compromising lubrication.
(2) Showcasing exceptional water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in wet environments or those exposed to water.
(3) Boasting excellent shearing and thixotropic stability, this grease remains firmly on contact surfaces even after agitation, providing a sealing effect without dispersing.
(4) With outstanding pumping capability, calcium base grease benefits from its short fiber and low strength limit, facilitating easier binding compared to sodium or aluminum-based greases.
Thanks to its unique properties, calcium-based grease is simpler to bind than other soap-based greases, like sodium or aluminum-based types.
Despite its origins in the 1930s, calcium-based grease remains a globally popular choice for lubricating rolling and sliding bearings in small to medium motors, water pumps, tractors, automobiles, metallurgy, and textile machinery, accommodating medium speed and load.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
