It is expertly thickened by enriching it with natural fatty acid calcium soap, leading to the synthesis of a superior calcium base grease.
The grease is intricately composed of premium mineral lubricating oil, enhanced with medium viscosity, and skillfully thickened using synthetic fatty acid calcium soap.
Exemplary Performance Characteristics
(1) The remarkable calcium soap forms hydrates with water, creating highly dispersed fibers in mineral oil. These hydrates undergo hydrolysis at approximately 100 ºC, explaining why calcium base grease gradually loses consistency beyond this temperature, thus restricting its thermal range. Typically, the optimal temperature is under 60 ºC. Surpassing this threshold causes the calcium-based grease to soften or degrade, jeopardizing lubrication efficiency.
(2) Boasting excellent water resistance, calcium base grease resists emulsification and deterioration when exposed to water, making it ideal for lubricating mechanical parts in moist environments or direct water contact.
(3) With outstanding shearing and thixotropic stability, calcium base grease maintains its presence on active surfaces even after agitation, ensuring a sealing effect without spillage.
(4) Featuring remarkable pumping performance, attributed to its short fibers and low strength limit, calcium base grease offers superior ease of application compared to other soap-based greases (such as sodium-based or aluminum-based).
When maintaining the same consistency and employing identical mineral oil, calcium-based grease displays superior binding properties compared to other soap-based alternatives.

1. Are you a trading company or manufacturer?
We are a professional grease manufacturer with 30 years of industry experience. Our factory is located in Puyang City, Henan Province.
2. What is the L/T?
The lead time will be roughly 10 days after deposit payment if you place an order of one container once.
3. What is your terms of payment?
Based on our sales policy, L/C or T/T 30% as deposit should be paid before order, and 70% balance payment should be completed before shipment. We can provide you with real photos or video of the goods before balance payment.
4. What is your terms of delivery?
It will be available in EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF.
5. What is the packaging for the grease?
Generally, packed with barrel, PE bag, can, spring tube or drum in different size, that depends on your final requirement.
6. Can I get some samples from your side?
We can provide free samples, the freight cost will be born by you.
7. Is it possible to do ODM or OEM for us?
We would like to do so. Let us know your definite requirements including grease color and dropping point etc. If necessary, provide us with your samples, that will be helpful for us to do test.
